4. Process Principle

4.1 Process Principle  

The dry-hanging terracotta panel curtain wall construction technology involves pre-designing layout and partition drawings using CAD software, mechanized factory processing and cutting to shape, and employing a steel keel hanging system. On the construction site, post-installed embedments are fixed to the main structure, and vertical keels are connected and secured to the embedments using angle codes. Steel angle beams are welded to the vertical keels, and terracotta panels are then fixed to the beams via hangers. Flexible insulating spacers are placed between the hangers and beams, while weather-resistant sealant is applied to secure the connection between the hangers and terracotta panels.  

4.2 Basic System Structure  

The fundamental structure of the curtain wall keel and terracotta panels involved in this method is illustrated in Figure 4.1.
