1. Surveying and setting out

Based on the facade division of the curtain wall, use a theodolite and level to mark the vertical and horizontal control lines for the installation of the keel on the external structural surface.

2. Installing the vertical columns

The vertical columns are fixed to the main structure via angle brackets, secured with stainless steel bolts, and adjusted for vertical alignment.

3. Installing the horizontal beams or connectors

Secure the crossbeam (or connector) to the column using stainless steel bolts or screws, and adjust the verticality and horizontality of the crossbeam.

4. Installing ceramic panels

a. Install the joint sealing strips onto the crossbeams (or columns);

b Install ceramic panels and hanging components, adjusting the flatness and verticality of the ceramic panels through the hanging connectors;

c Proceed to install the remaining ceramic panels sequentially from bottom to top, completing the entire curtain wall installation.

5. Applying Sealant

Open systems do not require sealant application, whereas closed systems necessitate applying sealant to both horizontal and vertical joints of the ceramic panels.

6. Curtain Wall Cleaning

Clean the installed ceramic panel curtain wall thoroughly.
